[Buildbot-devel] svn_buildbot.py: two leading chars missing in changes

Sounds good. I doublechecked the SVN source (svnlook/main.c:482) and it looks
like it prints 3 status characters, a space, and then the path. So stripping
the first four characters is good.

I'm applying the patch now. Thanks for everybody's help!
