[Buildbot-devel] custom checkout command run in shell

Hi!

Hmm it seems that the list swallowed my last email :-(

so I just wanted to let you know that i managed to run a buildbot. Which
is really nice. But I still encounter a problem.

Since I am not compiling the HEAD versions but always when a new label
exists I need this label (revision) within the buildsteps.

But unfortunately a WithProperties always results in an empty string.
Which seems to be because I am forcing the builds through the sendchange
interface.

Is there still a way to get the revision information inside a build
step?
