[Buildbot-devel] Slave taking huge amount of CPU

I'm currently running a buildbot 0.7.4 slave on windows, and the python
process itself is taking a large amount of CPU (between 25 and 50% of
the CPU to monitor the build).  That seems very high to me.  What is
taking that much CPU, and can something be done to reduce that?  My
problem is that I'm testing real time processes, and if an other process
takes that much CPU, this may cause a failure for some of the tests.
