Oops, I just had to commit a second patch to make this change work for older
versions of SVN (like 1.1.4). (the arguments to svnversion have changed over
time.. older versions required the WC_PATH argument). If the test failed for
you a minute ago, try again now.

As always, look at the ChangeLog to confirm that the tree you've just checked
out contains the code that you hope it will contain.
