Fedora Extras is also still on 1.3.0
I'm working on updating it to the 2.x series, it will take some time to
a) get it through the administrative mill (10+ packages) and b) update
Flumotion to Twisted 2.4.0, which would block the new twisted landing.
Just so you know :)
