[Buildbot-devel] force build vs. rebuild

Force build just starts a build with the HEAD sources so the build
slaves will just to do an update to get the latest sources and build
those.

The rebuild button is supposed to recreate a specific build that has
already happened Let's say you're looking at the web page for build
#200 that was created from Subversion revision 430. The build master
will tell the build slaves to check out revision 430 and build it
again. This will get a new build number (e.g. 201) but should be
exactly the same as build 200 since it's redoing the build with the
same source control revision number.
