[Buildbot-devel] Enhancing the look of the waterfall report..

Would you be ok to contribute this css to buildbot?

Most people see the buildbot webpage as the main UI of buildbot. It would 
be great if buildbot came with a few different CSS files for this buildbot 
webpage... after all, even MP3 players come with "skins", so why not 
buildbot?!
