[Buildbot-devel] aggregate waterfall view?

well .... this solves only part of the original idea at best:

- no overall buildbot webpage with links to all subpages with the build 
groups. (could be extrenally implemented of xourse, but a bb internal 
solution would be much nicer)
- no overall status display for each build group.
