Hi Brian

I added the following patches to the buildbot patch list
at sourceforge.
 1463394 Do not use network drives for unit test
 1463395 Set LANG=C for unit test
 1463399 Make unittest for SVN + 1 for CVS work under WindowsNT

I would be nice if you could look at them in the near future.

Now all SVN unittest pass under WindowsNT. CVS has some other
problems. But I have no time at the moment to fix them too and
test also arch, darcs and bazaar.

On my Debian GNU/Linux on PowerBook I have still 4 error which
I will investigate a little bit later.
