[Buildbot-devel] precommit build

Brian, buildbot  works fine with  cvstoys. Thanks   for your support .
Is there any way that I can do a precommit build , I mean.... the user
must be able to checkin the code only if  the build is successful ,if
not the code should not go into the repository. Thanx  in advance
