[Buildbot-devel] usebranches work

I'm still plugging along on the new Scheduler/Branches work. If you'd like to
follow along, take a look at the Arch/Bazaar repository with the following
coordinates:

 Archive: warner at monolith.lothar.com--2005
 Location: http://arch.lothar.com/warner@monolith.lothar.com--2005
 Version: buildbot--usebranches--0

  (note: this archive is a mirror of one of my internal bazaar repositories..
  once this code is merged into the mainline, it might disappear)
 
The tests are now passing, and rough documentation on the new
Scheduler/BuildSet/BuildRequest scheme has been added to
docs/buildbot.texinfo . I've done some brief testing on a real buildbot
setup, but nothing extensive yet. It still needs some work, both conceptual
and implementation, but it should give you a good idea where I'm going with
it.
