Oh for Pete's sake.

After I discovered that the 'change' object didn't have a revision, I realized
that my svn_buildbot script was out of date.  The one in the 0.6.2 tarball had
the extra 'revision' argument that I was missing.

After I made the replacement, I didn't need my custom Build class at all, and
it checks out at the correct revision.
