option names in that file are still in flux. Basically I just added names at
random, figuring I'd simplify/uniquify them later. The distinction between
'master' and 'masterstatus' wants to go away, but it requires that I make the
PB-Dispatcher stuff work first, so that all the various PB-using services
within the buildmaster (in particular the debug port, the status port, and
the slaveport) can all share a single TCP listening socket. Until that
happens we need a way to point at the PBListener port separately than the
debug port.
