[Buildbot-devel] suggestion: include timezones under "current activity"

The display that I see from buildbot (e.g.,
http://build.redshift-software.com:9990) has times running down the
left column, but those times lack time zones, so if the machine is far
from me, I don't know for sure when the events happened.
