FYI, I'm going to try to get a release out next monday. It's been far too
long, and there are a lot of pending fixes hanging around in the CVS tree.

Thomas is working on more docs changes, and I'll merge in anything he has
done by then. I'll also pull in any non-docs changes that don't look too
scary or de-stabilizing. Once the release is out, I'll pull in the other
changes.

Nick: if you can get us any more information on the test_webPathname win32
failure, maybe we can get that taken care of before the release.

Bear has been kind enough to set up a win32 buildslave for the
(not-yet-online) metabuildbot, but it is having problems with the Arch
repository that represents the best way to get fresh sources to it (the
sf.net anoncvs archive is not updated for several hours after a commit).
Windows apparently can't deal with pathnames longer than 260 characters, and
Arch briefly uses some when the tree is first checked out.

So if anyone feels like grabbing the latest buildbot CVS or Arch tree and
trying it out this weekend, please report any problems you see. 0.6.3 should
be released on monday.
