Just a mixture of random questions today...

Is there any way to disable forcing a build?  For a publicly-reachable bot, 
I'd like to avoid making that feature widely available, possibly allowing it 
to only be available via the debug client.

Is there any way to push results instead of requiring polling?  I'm especially 
interested in sending emails to the guilty, but general notifications to an 
IRC channel might be nice ("build FooBar broke"), especially when there are 
failures.

I understand that at least some progress on this has been made since 0.5.0, 
though I've not had time to take a look at the CVS version of the code.

Are there any plans to make the HTML more template-based?
