[Buildbot-devel] when I change my master.cfg, do I need to mktap?

You can do that with the debug client that's in the contrib directory. 
It has a button for 'reload .cfg' and another one for 'reload .py'. I 
don't know if there is an easier way though. It would be great to have a 
web based admin interface for that kind of stuff.
