(contents will be moved to FBI's docs)
o Some initial code is checked in to the 'fbi' CVS module
o Mailing list created (fbi-devel at lists.sf.net) - Let's continue 
discussion there now.
o All CC/CC.NET/DC/BB developers are invited to join (just let us know 
your SF id on fbi-devel at lists.sf.net)
