 The following will need to be rewritten:

  * IRC (words.py) :runner:
  * MailNotifier.
   Note that the tests for MailNotifier mock a lot of things out -
 incorrectly, now.
   So don't trust the tests!
  * `status_gerrit`
  * `status_push` (maybe)
