 This might be similar to, or a replacement for, MAINTAINERS.txt.

 The idea is to have a "help wanted" page with some specific, well-defined
 roles:

  * "Town Crier" that watches commits and summarizes cool new features
  * Release Manager
  * Sysadmin
  * GSoC mentors and org admins
  * Marketing
  * Bug wrangling
