 attributes - there's a reference to the "has_patch" source stamp
 attribute.

 This source stamp does not appear to exist or work at all. What does work
 is using hasPatch, as I figured out by grepping and finding it being set
 at
 https://github.com/buildbot/buildbot/blob/8a07172c3a6ad8ebbc506d4415cf30c80bfd7a89/master/buildbot/sourcestamp.py#L259
