Comment:

 Fix compare_attrs of ForceScheduler.

 'forceProperties' was mistakenly listed as 'properties'. The names are
 confusing
 since ForceScheduler inherits a properties attribute with a different
 meaning, from
 BaseScheduler.

 Fixes #2248.
