Comment:

 I'm going to broaden this out to represent something that has been talked
 about for a while, but never worked on.

 Most of the proposals have revolved around an "artifact server" which
 could be separate from the master, and which could both accept files from
 slaves and serve those files to other clients - slaves or users.
