 You see the cmd.exe -> svn.exe -> ssh.exe in the Release version only
 because SVN freezes at that point. The DEBUG version goes so fast it just
 completes.

 This really isn't an issue for us anymore as we rarely perform a build on
 Windows Server 2003. The setup and process works just fine on Windows
 Server 2008, which is what we use for all our other windows builds. Also,
 we're switching to GIT soon. So please change this ticket so that it's
 ignored as this will be a non-issue for us.
