 The steps are documented here:

 but you won't find a step-by-step guide for most things Buildbot - it
 turns out everyone's steps are different.

 You may have better luck asking more specific questions on the mailing
 list (buildbot-devel at lists.sourceforge.net), rather than generic requests
 for help here in Trac.
