 I can reproduce this bug with buildbot 0.8.4p2 and twisted 11.0.0 on
 Windows.
 But can't reproduce it on Ubuntu 11.04, buildbot 0.8.5rc1, twisted 11.0.0
 ...

 So, maybe it is windows-specific problem (twisted.spawnProcess() uses
 platform-specific code)...
