Comment:

 Ah, yes.. that was fixed quite a while ago!  It's an incompatibility
 between Buildbot and newer versions of Twisted.

 You'd probably do best to upgrade to a reasonably recent version using a
 virtualenv, rather than trying to backport this patch.
