Comment:

 This except is expected when Buildbot tries to kill a process that has
 already exited, but in 0.8.3 it wasn't handled smoothly.  This was fixed
 in 91343c2ba3fa840cca3d358087878a72ad8085c4, which should be
 straightforward to apply on the slaves.
