 Aurelian, can you try applying
 https://github.com/djmitche/buildbot/commit/8910cba714ddb93a8c0ea90d314aabc7896eb037.patch
 locally and reproducing these errors, then supplying a sufficiently
 complete logfile that I can see what operations are still ongoing when the
 lock expires?  Thanks!
