  Does this mean that the error I have posted here, is due to the 0.8.3
 version of buildbot installed on Ubuntu 10.04. ( Meaning 0.8.3 version of
 Buildbot is not compatible with Ubuntu and we should be using a lower
 version of buildbot here)? Can the 0.8.3 version of Buildbot be installed
 on Fedora 11 . ( will we see the error here)
