Comment:

 Move HtmlRsource.getContext to new ContextMixin-class that HtmlResource &
 DirectoryLister inherits. (fixes #688)

  * Also replace the path_to_root member function from HtmlResource by
 direct calls to path_to_root (was only used in two places anyway)
