 We should include a short GPLv2 header on every source file, so that if
 the files are copied or otherwise used, the licensing situation is clear.

 In private email with legal minds at Mozilla, I've determined that
 warner's contributions on behalf of Mozilla did not need to be licensed
 under the Mozilla tri-license, and that (re)licensing these files under
 GPLv2 is fine.
