Comment:

 OK, I just tried this out, moving svn from /usr/bin to /bin between
 builds.  Works just fine.  So this is something in the Python, Twisted, or
 Buildbot version you're using.  I'm using buildbot master, twisted 8.2.0,
 and python 2.6.2.
