adjustments to the way HTML is generated for the Builder page:
- make name/value rows (both input and output) all be generated in the
  same way
- only generate the "Force Build" form if allowForce was True, and the
  slave is actually connected (giving a message if allowForce was True
  and the slave isn't connected)
- spread a tiny bit of CSS-joy
