 Buildbot has lots of configuration possible in order to descibe which
 buildrequest is for which worker.

 It will be quite complicated to make a generic and fast algorithm to know
 which build to cancel.


 If you have a straightforward way to select which worker according to
 properties, then you can create a custom canceller plugin
