 test configuration:
   Python version: 2.7.6
   Buildbot version: 0.9.0rc2
   Twisted version: 16.3.2

 Issue domain:
 Web interface

 Test definition:
 go to builds part on the menu
 select builders part
 fake "runtest" builder is present
 select it
 The force button is present      -> see step 1 on attached jpg file

 On the left corner, the user can see
 Buildbot: Pyflakes   Builders  / runtest

 builders and runtests are defined as hyperlink
 click on Builders

 The "force" is always dospalyed and useable.     -> see step2 on attached
 jpg file
 However, when we want to start a build by pressing force button, the
 following error message is displayer:
         Invalid path: builders/                  -> see step 3 on attached
 jpg file

 rootcause: the 'force' button should not be displayed on the builder web
 pages
