 Running 0.9.0b2 because there's a regression in Docker volumes support,
 but it seems there's been no changes to GitPoller in quite some time.
 Filing a separate ticket for the Docker issue now.

 Haven't noticed any specific behaviour that leads to this. Dropping the
 row from object_state and restarting seems to unstick it again for a
 while, but this is quite disruptive.
