 irclogs.jackgrigg.com is down for some time and we decided at the last
 meeting to start to user BotBot.me immediately.

 I filled application form at https://botbot.me/request/, but it said that
 request for `#buildbot` channel already in the processing queue.

 Also Jack Grigg replied regarding irclogs.jackgrigg.com status that this
 is temporary issue and he will fix it later during this week.
