 @sa2ajj, any update here?  Based on the ticket summary, it looks like
 things are largely ready to roll.  Regarding the open questions:

  *  wiki links -> keep the links to BB trac? -- sounds good
  *  formatting? try to convert to Markdown? render HTML and use it as is?
 -- html is a subset of markdown, so that seems like the most likely to
 come out OK
  *  ticket history -> copy in the second comment? -- aside from ticket
 comments, I don't think we need this
  *  attachments -> GH does not have the feature -- these are occasionally
 useful, but *very* useful in those cases.  We didn't bring attachments
 over when porting from !SourceForge to Trac, and I've missed them.  Could
 we upload them to a github repo and link to them?
