 OK!  I set up a free uptimerobot.com account, with username
 dustin at buildbot.net.  I've put the username and password in the infra
 vault.

 I added notification emails for both sysadmins@ and verm at darkbeer.org, but
 they seem to be waiting for some kind of confirmation.  I haven't seen a
 confirmation email, though.  Not sure what's up with that.

 Also, buildbot.buildbot.net is down :)
