 Thanks a lot.I check the p4 binary,the 'p4bin' is default 'p4',and I can
 use 'p4' command in cmd.I try  to set the p4bin='C:\Program
 Files\Perforce\p4.exe',error still occured.p4port,p4user and p4passwd are
 all checked.Except the changes,other schedulers work well.Would you give
 me more suggestions?
