 @djmitche, how PNG files are used in docs?
 E.g. this one:
 https://github.com/buildbot/buildbot/blob/master/master/docs/manual/_images/master.png

 According to Makefile for generating PNG files they should be clipped:
 https://github.com/buildbot/buildbot/blob/master/master/docs/manual/_images/Makefile#L13
 but commited PNG image is not clipped.

 Also I think borders in SVG should be reduced: https://circle-
