The current state of the web-ui is quite difficult to define: there are a
few buttons / fields that are present, but that are either not working,
not linked to anything, or simply to placeholder data.

Overall, this gives quite a spooky experience, where clicking on an
element is a sort of random game about "will something happen or not". I
think we need to get rid of the mockup effect and move toward a working
 interface.

In the long term, we educate ourself not to pay attention about those,
which is also a very bad thing.

The reason why I would like to get a green light about cleaning them up.

The idea then, is to progressively re-add elements as we implement them
 through.

 Non-exhaustive list of affected elements:
 - the about page (all the placeholders)
 - all the rawdata elements.
 - all columns without values (for example: the "owner" for the builders)
 - the promote and rebuild buttons on the build page
