 i have some trouble with the force build window in the UI.

 If i click on the "force" button, shown in the builder, the window which
 will be shown is always empty.
 (see screenshot).

 This happens for me also with a clean setup (on a new VM and new builbot
 sources from githup)

 When i use Firebug and click on the force button, i get the following
 error
