 dustin I have sent a message to github asking them if they support https
 or not for webhooks and mentioning the SHA1 issue waiting on answer.

 Thinking I don't have a https server up that I can experimentally send
 stuff to at the moment.   I will have to wait for either someone who does
 have it setup https and know its works or github answering me.  Then the
 docs become fixable.

 I should have been more clear.   I am waiting on feedback form either
 github or someone using https mode or someone who has stuff available who
 can test it.
