#3463: Result of "Force"-ing build that is scheduled to run on (yet) disconnected
worker is misleading
----------------------+-----------------------
Reporter: rutsky | Owner:
    Type: undecided | Status: new
Priority: major | Milestone: undecided
 Version: master | Keywords:
----------------------+-----------------------
 Steps to reproduce:

 1. Start master, but don't start worker.
 2. Open builder page and start build by clicking "Force", and "Start
build" (for builder that have force scheduler "Force").

Expected behavior: UI should show current status of a build — it's being
 scheduled, but worker is offline.

Observed behavior: buildrequest page is opened with technical info (e.g.
 http://localhost:8020/#/buildrequests/64?redirect_to_build=true).
Attaching screenshot of that page — it's not obvious from it, that build
 has been scheduled.

Other issue, that that build is not displayed at page where other
(completed or in-progress) builds are displayed
(http://localhost:8020/#/builders/2) which is strange, because it's even
have space to display build requests.
