New description:

 The idea is to have a web application which aggregates various buildbot
 activity into one place and assigns a total score to each contributor.  It
 should be a fun way to motivate contributors and help them to compare
 their level of effort with others.

 This would not be a part of the Buildbot application, but a separate
 service written and maintained by the Buildbot developers.
