 There is no OpenStack / KeyStone v3 support. The OpenStack instance I use
 has been updated to v3 to enable support for multiple domains, and now we
 are no longer able to use it. It seems that adding v3 support would
 probably require changing from novaclient to openstackclient, which seems
 to work.
