Off of a clean master build (9b5dd39, following these directions:
http://trac.buildbot.net/wiki/RunningBuildbotWithVirtualEnv), the
ramlfications dependency does not install.
`pip install ramlfications` seems to fix it, but either the setup
instructions or the package dependencies need updating. Running OS X
10.10.5, Python 2.7.
