 Answering to myself: the push even has name/email, while pull request
 event does not.  I believe this is the reason why the author is different
 for pull requests.

 So the only option to fix this is to implement a custom e-mail lookup,
 however it will only be able to get the
 [https://developer.github.com/v3/users/#get-a-single-user public e-mail
 address], not the one pull request author actually prefers for this
 repository.
